Set up SilaNet VPN on Oculus Quest with V2RayNG
Follow this guide to configure a stable VPN connection on Oculus Quest with the V2RayNG app.
1. Enable Developer Mode
- Create a developer account on the Meta website and verify your email.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA).
- In the Meta app on your phone: Devices → Your Quest → Developer Mode → Enable.
2. Install SideQuest
- Download SideQuest for Windows or Mac from GitHub.
- Install and launch SideQuest.
- Connect your Oculus with USB-C and confirm USB debugging inside the headset.
3. Install V2RayNG
- Download the APK file for V2RayNG.
- Drag it into the SideQuest window to install it.
4. Launch and configure V2RayNG
- Open Oculus → Library → Unknown Sources → V2RayNG.
- Copy the configuration from @silanethide_bot and paste it into the app.
- Update the profile and connect.
5. Install Telegram and QLoader (optional)
- Download QLoader for Windows or Mac.
- Install it and select Telegram from the app list.
6. Where to launch apps
- Open Oculus → Library → Unknown Sources to access V2RayNG and other sideloaded apps.
Done. You can now use a secure VPN connection directly on Oculus Quest.
